Business Sponsorship Application
Preliminary Step:
This is a step that only needs to be completed once with your first application, and is valid for 3 years with the Government and only needs to be paid once in that period regardless of the number of sponsored candidates.

Sponsorship Step One:
Nominating Your Applicant
The Kingsmen will take the stress out of all of the below:
Confirm the role and salary meet Home Affairs requirements
Draft a compliant position description and employment contract
Handle necessary Labour Market Testing requirements
Gather market-salary evidence, organisation chart and business financials
Lodge the nomination in ImmiAccount and pay government fees at cost
Issue the TRN to your worker and monitor the file through to approval
Maintain all records for five years to protect your sponsorship

Sponsorship Step Two:
Book English testing, health examinations and police clearances where required
Prepare and lodge the online visa application, linking it to your nomination TRN
Pay Home Affairs visa charges at cost (AUD 4,910 for the primary applicant) and upload receipts
Upload certified copies of passports, qualifications, work references and Form 956 authorising The Kingsmen as representatives
Monitor ImmiAccount daily and respond to any Department requests within 24 hours
Arrange Health Cover and commencement paperwork once visa is granted
