We can Provide You With Resumes, From Which To Choose Your Preferred Staff, We Then Will Interview Them On The Island. As We Are In Fiji Each Month. One Chosen And Accepted By You - We Arrange All Necessary, Police, Medical, Flights, And Visa Requirements. Most Importantly At No Cost To You.
We Bring Them Into Australia And Deliver Them To You. This Process Takes Approximately 10 To 12 Weeks.
It is our preference that you assist in finding appropriate accommodation -EG 2-bedroom unit for 2chefs. (We can assist with this if needed, as ultimately, it's our responsibility to provide them furnished accommodation as we are the sponsor) You are allowed to charge for the accommodation to cover all the costs. Some properties provide for free, Some venues have accommodation onsite - which is also great.
We offer a 38-hour-a-week agreement which is $37.35 per hour invoiced each week. This excludes any penalties. Our hourly rate charge includes wages, superannuation, workers' compensation, public liability, and payroll tax - it excludes GST.
You will have access to the staff for the full 4 years - as long as both parties are happy to be working together.
You Can However Release The Staff Back To Us With 30 Days’ Notice In Writing. You Can Also Request An “exchange” With Another Venue If Your Preference Is To Have A Fresh Team Each 12 To 18 Months.
