OUR PROCESS TIMELINES

Search our site to see which backpackers are registered and looking for work. See anyone you like, click on the submit, and request further information.

STEP 1

We then make contact with the staff and explain your interest.

STEP 2

If both sides are keen, we arrange for them to give you a call and you can conduct an interview.

STEP 3

If after interviewing them, you would like to offer work, we set them all up, onboard them into our payroll system and they start for you straight away.

STEP 4

After 3 months period you are welcome to employ them directly yourself at no permanent placement fee. It's totally FREE.
